Christine Slote will present her “Quilting Journey Focusing on Pattern Design”.
Christine is an Egyptian Canadian quilter from Southwestern Ontario who loves to play with colour, pattern, and textiles. She began quilting a few years ago, but it was during the COVID pandemic that she really became immersed in the world of creative textile design. Christine loves to create colourful and distinct patterns and quilts that are often inspired both by her Middle Eastern background and traditional Western quilt designs.
