September 2026 Meeting – Patti Carey

Patti Carey will present her “Interesting Quilts” trunk show.

Patti started working with Northcott in 1986 and was there for 38 years.  She began quilting in 1987 when Northcott made the transition from fashion to quilting fabric and she quickly became hooked. Patti has been designing quilts for Northcott and for numerous quilting magazines since 1995. She was a regular contributor to The Quilter magazine, Love of Quilting and Easy Quilts and continue to contribute to the Golden Peak Media group of publications including McCall’s Quilting and Quiltmaker. She has also published a book entitled “A Taste of Napa Valley”.

Patti also designs fabric. Her first collection, Vino, was designed for Northcott’s Banyan Batiks division in November 2019 and her second collection, Canoe Lake, arrived in September 2021. She also designed the Color Play collection for Northcott in the Fall of 2022.
