November 2026 Meeting – Quilts of Valour

A Quilt of Valour™ is a hug from a grateful nation and a tribute to an injured Canadian Armed Forces member, past or present. Joan Hilhorst, Quilts of Valour representative will provide us with information about the work done by the Quilts of Valour. She will be bringing sample quilts. Pamphlets will be available for members.
Joan will have “Hug Blocks” kits available purchase. These kits make a 9.5” x 9.5” block. When completed, the blocks will be returned to Quilts of Valour so that quilts can be made. These blocks use Northcott O Canada fabric only.
O Canada fabric will also be available for purchase.
